Practice Rotations:
TEAMS: There will be 3 stations
12 x 42 carpet bonded foam
12 x 60 spring tumbling strip
54 x 42 floor
Teams will receive 5 minutes on each rotation.Warm-up times will not be delayed for cross over athletes or athletes watching your other teams. If you foresee challenges with practice times, please see Cami before your check in time. This may involve having your cross over teams warm up simultaneously or back to back.
Cross over athletes are not guaranteed a full warm up with their additional teams.
Please plan your practice times accordingly for your 15 minute warm up rotation.
Solos and stunt groups will have open warm ups and need to share practice spaces. Please be courteous of others in sharing the floors. It is the coaches’ responsibility to ensure your athletes are on-deck 10 minutes prior to their performance time.
We will run as close as possible to the scheduled times as listed, but we need your assistance and cooperation in running a smooth and timely event.
