By registering, coaches verify they possess Proof of License" for all routines from their music producer and that all mixes are compliant with copyright laws
1) All music must be downloaded onto an MP3 device/player, (CDs and USB drives not permitted)
2) You must provide a digital copy of music that has already been downloaded and saved onto your device into your Music app, downloaded files. Do not use music from your email.
3) Create separate playlist for each routine.
4) Music may not be streamed from Youtube or other web based sites/apps.
5) Phone is charged, screen lock is off. Locking devices can interrupt playback.
6) Designated music staff person must be at music table by the time your team is in the hole.
7) Set device to airplane mode and turn wi-fi off. TEXTS AND CALLS WILL INTERRUPT YOUR ROUTINE.
8) Remove case from device.
9) A. Device must have headphone jack or coach must provide branded adapter.
B. You must provide your own adapter for your device.
C. 3rd party adapters may not work with your device or be sporadic in their usage and reliability. (ie iphones – recommend using Apple adapters ONLY.)
10) Passcode and autolock should be turned OFF ( your staff person should know passcode to phone)
11) If device locks, music playback may be interrupted.
12) Set volume to 100% after audio is connected.
13) Please note that any loss of connection, or interruption due to the above is the responsibility of the program.
14) Music skipping or cutting out is generally due to people not following the recommended usage guidelines. Your team will not be permitted to re-do their routines.
15) It is your staff’s responsibility to start/pause/stop the music.
16) Generally speaking, the only time your team will be permitted to redo a portion of their routine due to music is: power outage by the venue, failure in the DJ's audio equipment.
